Max Ammo is located at the lower terrace at the following location:

Double Points can be found at the west balcony at the following location:

Bonus Points can be found in the eastern foyer:

Full Power can be found when you look through the hole in the study:

The “Instakill” power-up is hidden in the elevator shaft:

The nuke can be found in the service tunnel on the roof of this barrack:

Max Armor is located at the motor court, impaled on the fence above the crafting table. To see it, stand all the way to the right at the edge.

Once you’ve collected all the power-ups, the final power-up will appear. Fire Sale is located in the grand foyer on the chandelier.
